The Danish Health Authority said in a statement that it “has concluded that the benefits of using the COVID-19 vaccine from Johnson & Johnson do not outweigh the risk of causing the possible adverse effect.” The statement went on, “As the COVID-19 epidemic in Denmark is currently under control, and the vaccination rollout is progressing satisfactorily with other available vaccines, the Danish Health Authority has decided to continue the national vaccination campaign without the COVID-19 vaccine from Johnson & Johnson....

The man was wearing a “Make American Great Again” hat and a t-shirt saying “Fill That Seat”, referring to the Supreme Court nomination of Amy Coney Barrett. “Are you in a better place than you were four years ago?” asked Klepper, who was wearing a mask. The Trump supporter he spoke to was not wearing a face covering at the time....

In an eight-minute video released on her YouTube and social media channels, Mikhaila Peterson said her 57-year-old father was checked into the clinic after experiencing “horrific” physical withdrawal symptoms from trying to take himself off of the drug Clonazepam. Peterson, who has previously been open about his relationship with depression, was prescribed the drug following his wife’s diagnosis of a terminal cancer in April this year. Her illness also caused Peterson to suspend the speaking tour for his internationally best-selling book, 12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos, in addition to delaying publication of his forthcoming title....

Jordan Spieth and Kevin Na are among a quartet tied for the Crowne Plaza Invitational lead after Thursday’s first round. The skateboarder and YouTuber was one of four people killed after a small plane crashed into Lake Thingvallavatn in Iceland last week. He was 22 years old. Local authorities confirmed that the body of the rising social media star was discovered in the water on Sunday after a search. The bodies were unable to be recovered due to poor weather conditions. Belgian skydiver and social media influencer Nicola Bellavia, 32, and Tim Alings, 27, sponsorship manager for the Belgian fashion brand Suspicious Antwerp were also killed along with the pilot, Haraldur Diego, 49....
