U.S. District Judge Drew Tipton issued a temporary restraining order against a Department of Homeland Security memo that instructed agencies to pause deportations for some undocumented immigrants. The restraining order was sought by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. Hours after Biden was inaugurated on January 20, acting Homeland Security Secretary David Pekoske called for deportations to be halted, starting January 22, while “policies and practices regarding immigration enforcement are being reviewed....

Biden gave his first network TV interview to CBS Evening News’ Norah O’Donnell on Friday and she asked him directly about his predecessor continuing to have access to classified intel. “Let me ask you, then, something you do have oversight of as president. Should former President Trump still receive intelligence briefings?” O’Donnell asked the president. “I think not,” Biden said and O’Donnell asked why he thought that way. “Because of his erratic behavior, unrelated to the insurrection,” Biden said....

A stunned Buck learned live on the air at halftime that he is the 2020 recipient of the Pete Rozelle Award, which gets him into Canton. Hall of Fame president David Baker delivered the news in a recorded message that was followed by a tribute video narrated by actor Paul Rudd. As Baker said in his announcement, Buck joins his father, the late Jack Buck, as a Rozelle recipient. The Bucks are the first father-son combo to achieve the feat....

Though in the Tiger King series, Lowe claimed to be building Tiger King Zoo, a giant, animal-oriented attraction, he’s changed his mind about how the zoo will operate.
