Allegheny County Common Pleas judge Kim Eaton admitted “poor judgment” after she posted the picture onto her private Facebook page while celebrating the inauguration of Joe Biden. The photo shows Eaton giving the thumbs up next to her husband, who is wearing a horned hat, face paint and drawn-on tattoos similar to those seen on Jake Angeli. Angeli, real name Jacob Anthony Chansley, was one of the most prominent and recognizable people seen during the insurrection of January 6 in which five people, including a police officer, died....

On Monday, a federal judge ruled that the son, who filed his lawsuit in April 2019, can seek financial compensation from his parents, as reported by local paper the Holland Sentinel. The amount of that compensation has yet to be settled, but the two parties have until February 16 to file written submissions on damages.
