Sheriff David Beth appeared on Fox and Friends to discuss his recent endorsement of President Donald Trump. During the interview, host Brian Kilmeade asked Beth if his decision to endorse Trump over Democratic nominee Joe Biden was affected by reports that some of Biden’s campaign staff members “put up money to bail out rioters who were jailed for their actions.” Kilmeade’s reference appeared to be to a Reuters report earlier this year that said at least 13 members of Biden’s campaign staff donated money to the Minnesota Freedom Fund (MFF), a bail fund that uses donations to pay the cash bail of demonstrators who cannot afford to pay it themselves....

According to ESPN, UCLA head coach Steve Aflord said both teams are working on finalizing a home-and-home series deal that would pit Kentucky against UCLA beginning in 2015. Westwood, Calif., will play host to the series’ first game on Dec. 3, 2015, and Rupp Arena will reciprocate on a date in 2016 that has yet to be determined. Under Beshear’s order, called the Healthy at Home Eviction Relief fund, landlords must provide tenants with a 30-day notice of their intent to evict people for not paying their rent. During that 30-day period, tenants and landlords are required to meet in order to work out agreements. Kyle Rittenhouse has been charged with two counts of first-degree homicide following the shooting deaths of the protesters during unrest in the city in Wisconsin on August 25. It followed violence in the city sparked by video of Jacob Blake being shot in the back by a police officer. However, Massie, who represents Kentucky’s 4th district, said in a radio interview that Rittenhouse had acted in self-defense. “He also exhibited incredible restraint and presence and situational awareness,” Massie told WVHU, a talk radio station in Huntington, West Virginia, adding, “he didn’t empty a magazine into a crowd....
