Monday’s arrest is the third time Hatcher has been in trouble at Kentucky. Last season, he was suspended for the first two games for an undisclosed violation of team rules. In 2014, Hatcher and Louisville receiver James Quick were cited for possession of marijuana on the Louisville campus. The charge was later dismissed after Hatcher completed a marijuana education course, according to the Louisville Courier-Journal.

Hatcher recorded 39 tackles, 5.5 for losses and two sacks in nine games for Kentucky last season.
