The horse drew the 12th spot on Tuesday for the 145th running of “the fastest two minutes in sports”, securing the best odds (4-1) to win the race.
Game Winner (No. 16) has the second-best odds to win at 5-1 while Improbable (No. 5) and Roadster (No. 16) are tied for third at 6-1.
These horses will try to match what Justify did last year as he won the Triple Crown. He was the 13th horse to win the Derby, Preakness and Belmont and the second in four years (American Pharoah, 2015).
Bob Baffert was the man behind both of those horses. He is training eight of the 20 in this year’s race with Game Winner (5-1) being his most likely to come away with a win. Two of his other horses — Game Winner and Improbable — each have 6-1 odds to win.
