Rapper West, 44, has been open in his disapproval of Kardashian, 41, embarking on a romance with the 28-year-old Saturday Night Live star, lashing out at the comic, whom he referred to as “Skete” on his Instagram account over the weekend.
West returned to his account on the image-sharing platform on Sunday to post a screenshot of his name trending above the Super Bowl on social media.
“I didn’t wake up and fight for my family to trend over the Super Bowl but it happened,” he wrote in an all-caps caption. “The Super Bowl brings families together for everyone married.”
“Hold your spouse close,” he went on. “Make sure they know how much you love and appreciate them because [there’s] a Skete lurking in every dirty a** alley waiting to help destroy your family and walk around in Calvin Kleins around your children.”
“I wish my wife was with me and our children sitting at the 50 yard line,” he concluded before tagging his estranged wife. “@kimkardashian always remember West was your biggest W.”
According to Complex, West had taken to Instagram earlier in the day to share a photo of Kardashian holding hands with Davidson in a since-deleted post.
“Look at this d***head,” West is quoted as having written. “I wonder if Instagram gonna shut down my page for dissing Hilary Clinton’s ex boyfriend.”
CBS News reported back in 2019 that Davidson is a fan of Clinton and showed his admiration for the former secretary of state by sharing a since-deleted Instagram post in which he showed his arm tattoo of her and called her his “bae.”
Per Complex, West shared another Instagram post on Sunday, in which he said: “Thank you to all my fans for having my back. And you can google the Hilary thing. I’m not making this s*** up.”
Among his other posts was a snapshot of an underwear-clad Machine Gun Kelly pouring popcorn into Davidson’s mouth.
“No, you will never meet my children,” West wrote alongside a screenshot of a text message from Davidson that appeared to be a peace offering and a hope to one day meet his children. West and Kardashian share four children.
According to Insider, West also hit out at frequent collaborator Kid Cudi over his friendship with Davidson in another post.
Last week, West stated in an Instagram post that he wanted to bring his family “back together” as he shared images from Kardashian’s Vogue photoshoot that featured shots of their four children.
Back in November, he also said during an appearance at Los Angeles Mission’s Annual Thanksgiving event that he wanted his wife back.
“The narrative God wants is to see that we can be redeemed in all these relationships,” said Kanye, who in recent weeks was romantically linked to actress Julia Fox. “We’ve made mistakes. I’ve made mistakes.
“I’ve publicly done things that were not acceptable as a husband, but right now today, for whatever reason—I didn’t know I was going to be in front of this mic—but I’m here to change the narrative.”
He went on: “When God brings Kimye together, there’s going to be millions of families that are going to be influenced to see that they can overcome the work of the separation, of trauma the devil has used to capitalize to keep people in misery while people step over homeless people to go to the Gucci store.”
In more recent weeks, the former couple were locked in a public war of words over Kardashian allowing their 8-year-old daughter, North, to have a TikTok account.
West said that he objected to her being on social media, while Kardashian retorted that his “obsession with trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly is only causing further pain for all.”
Kardashian filed for divorce from West in February 2021 after almost seven years of marriage. Their divorce has not yet been finalized.
