As the Jayhawks basketball squad prepared to battle Maryland in Thursday night’s Sweet 16 matchup, the football team played a friendly game of Knockout to the tune of NWA’s “Straight Outta Compton.” The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Lawrence, Kan. is the dulcet tones of Ice Cube and MC Ren.
