The terrifying Risotto comes armed with the Stand Metallica (yes, named after the band). Comprised of tiny metal creatures that exist within Risotto’s blood, they allow him to control the iron within his own body and alter others’ as well. This results in enemies coughing up razor blades or choking on knives, neither of which you want to get caught dealing with.

Risotto also comes equipped with scarily accurate intelligence when it comes to sussing out what enemies will do. That alone makes him a dangerous opponent, and you’ll want to steer clear of him once he has you in your sights. He may be a more minor character in the larger scheme of things, but he’s just as deadly as any main character on the battlefield.

If you’re interested in jumping into JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure All-Star Battle R and trying out a new character, there’s finally a release date for Risotto Nero. Here’s everything you need to know about when you can play as Risotto Nero, the new DLC character in the newest JoJo game.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure All-Star Battle R Risotto Nero DLC Release Date

Risotto Nero will be available in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure All Star Battle R on October 28, 2022. Anyone who purchases the game’s Season Pass will get to play with the character early, however. Early Access for Risotto Nero will begin October 26, 2022. There’s no specific timing to peg the release to, but it will likely be at midnight October 26 for Early Access players to go ahead and jump in.

That means there are just two more days to wait until Risotto is playable, but you’ll have to lock in your preorder as quickly as possible to be able to participate in the Early Access period.

Risotto is the first of four total DLC characters that will be coming down the pipeline for the new anime brawler, though there’s no confirmation just yet on which characters will be available. There’s a wealth of characters from the series to lean on, so the possibilities are practically endless.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure All-Star Battle R is available now on Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC.
