The quarterback is selling his house for $489,900, which is $50,000 more than he paid for it in 2015, according to the report. The 3.5 bedroom, four-bathroom golf-course home in Avon, Ohio, is 22 minutes from the Browns’ practice facility.
It also boasts a finished basement, kitchen with granite countertops and an outdoor patio with a fireplace, among other amenities.
