The former Browns quarterback posted an image of himself with Whitfield Jr. to his Instagram account on Sunday, along with a message to the coach who’s worked with him since he was a third string quarterback at Texas A&M.

In the message, the 24-year-old thanks Whitfield Jr. for helping him achieve things that critics thought weren’t possible, like winning the Heisman Trophy as a freshman and getting drafted in the first round of the NFL Draft.
Judging from the post, it appears as if Manziel has linked up with Whitfield Jr. again, to help jumpstart his hopeful return to the NFL.
Manziel ends the post by saying, “We’ll take this thing a day at a time for as long as it takes. You made it happen and I’m ALL IN cuzzin, because I know you always have been.”
