Cena battled through a possible broken nose to defeat Seth Rollins on WWE Raw and retain the United States title. Noses aren’t supposed to look like this.

It appears the injury happened when Rollins threw a high knee directly into Cena’s face.
At the end of the match, “The Champ” was still here, holding his belt in the center of the ring. Major credit to Cena for gutting out that performance.
