The ceremony begins at 10 a.m. EST, according to the latest tweet Tuesday by the Presidential Inaugural Committee (PIC).

The updated line-up of the inaugural ceremony includes the following, the PIC tweeted Tuesday:

After being sworn in, Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris will participate in several military ceremonies, such as the Pass in Review ritual.

“Pass in Reviews are a long-standing military tradition that reflect the peaceful transfer of power to a new Commander-in-Chief,” the PIC notes.

Biden will also receive “a Presidential Escort from 15th Street to the White House with every branch of the military represented in the escort.”

The Presidential Escort to the White House will be followed by a “Parade Across America,” from 3 p.m. EST, “which will be televised for the American people and feature diverse, dynamic performances in communities across the country,” the PIC said.

In the evening, the Celebrating America television program, hosted by Hollywood legend Tom Hanks, will be broadcast from 8:30 p.m. local time.

The show will feature remarks from Biden and Harris as well as words and musical performances from a host of celebrities.
