Graham did not practice Wednesday, coach Sean Payton said on a conference call. The Saints play the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
"Each day we'll just take a peak on how he's progressing and be smart about it," Payton told reporters.
Graham was clearly playing at an elite level before injuring his foot. The Saints had a bye in Week 7, which gave Graham additional recovery time. However, it may not have been long enough. Through six games, he has 37 catches for 593 yards and six touchdowns.
Browns' tight end Jordan Cameron has 45 catches, and the Chargers' Antonio Gates has 42, but Graham is second in the league with an average of 98.8 receiving yards per game.
