“That’s my guy, that’s my boy,” Harbaugh told WXYZ in Detroit during his “Inside the Huddle” interview on Monday.

“Because I love him. I love Darth Vader. He’s just relentless, he’s a jackhammer. James Earl Jones, the voice of God. You would be disappointed if God did not have a better or equal voice to James Earl Jones.”

Harbaugh said he enjoyed the film, calling it a “good Star Wars,” but figured the writers would find a way to work Darth Vader, his boy, back into it. Vader, once a revered Jedi, turned to the dark side and led the Empire’s effort to destroy the Jedi Order in episodes IV through VI.

“He had a good run,” Harbaugh said.
