Harbaugh finished 44-19 in four seasons as head coach of the 49ers and helped San Francisco reach the Super Bowl in 2012. Only two years later, he was fired after finishing 8-8.

Numerous reports emerged about Harbaugh’s relationship — or lack thereof — with the 49ers’ front office at the time. Rumors swirled about Tomsula going behind Harbaugh’s back for the head job, so it’s not surprising to see Harbaugh take a not-so-subtle shot following his successful first year with the Wolverines.

From this day forward, Jim Harbaugh shall be known as “The Subtweet King.”
